How to release

7. 8. The following types of bets will not be counted towards the wagering requirement: Cashed-Out and System bets, bets which are settled as Void, as well as bets placed in Casino, Live Casino.
9. The maximum amount that counts towards rollover requirements of each bet is 500 kr.
10. Only the first bet on a given event is calculated towards the bonus rollover requirements.
11. The maximum amount that counts towards the wagering requirements from each bet is 500 kr per specific event.
12. Customers are entitled to only one Welcome Bonus per user, IP address, device, family, address, telephone number, credit or debit card or e-payment account, e-mail address, and the environment where computers are shared.
13. You are only able to choose one of the Welcome bonuses we offer, either for Casino or Sports, as you can not claim more than one welcome bonus under any of our brands.
14. You have the right to request a withdrawal of your funds in your player account at any time, however, if you make a withdrawal whilst a bonus offer is available for you or active in your account, you will lose your entitlement to any current or pending bonus.

Where we have reasons to believe that you are abusing or attempting to abuse bonus terms and conditions, or if you influence abuse or lack of the "good faith" principle, the use of unreasonable gambling methods, we may entirely on our initiative reclaim the bonus, void the wager(s), reclaim any winnings that resulted from such wager(s), block access to one or more specific product(s), exclude yourself from all future promotions and bonuses, or close your account immediately.
19. It is prohibited for players to cooperate, with or without an agreement made in advance, in order to gain an advantage of our bonuses. 20. A player may cancel an active bonus at any time from the Profile section or by contacting our Support team. By canceling the bonus, the whole amount in the Bonus balance will be deducted.
21.
